I believe athletes respond to strong leadership and guidance. This can happen through Firm, Fair, and Consistent team policies. Players must also understand our priority system as well: Family comes first, followed by academics, and then baseball. I also believe in shaping the student athletes into not only good baseball players, but well-rounded individuals with good moral convictions as well. With hard work and dedication, we all will reach our goals!
