Strength and Conditioning Program
We have outlined 12 weeks of lifting to prepare you for the beginning of the 2015- 2016 season. Our philosophy in strength training is that full-bodied/athletic lifts are most conducive to all athletic movements. The fall program is designed to build a strength foundation and develop your work ethic that you will need to maintain to continue to play at higher level of baseball. It is time that each of you take it upon yourself to ensure that the team as a whole makes great strides in our strength and conditioning before next year. Your work this fall will determine your readiness come season time.
