Go to the CCA Foundation Website

Visit canyoncrestfoundation.org and click one of the Donation buttons on the homepage.

Choose Your Donation Type

Select either Single Gift or Monthly Installments (or both). You can also donate directly via this link.

Select Baseball from the Dropdown

Under "Gift to an Athletic Program", select "514 – Baseball" from the pulldown menu, enter your amount, and click Next.

Enter Your Info & Submit Payment

Enter your contact information, confirm your details, then complete payment. A donation receipt will be available to download once processed.

  • Price includes printing and hanging

How to Order

  1. Download and complete the sponsorship form below. Make a copy for your tax records.
  2. Submit the form with your payment (check payable to CCA Foundation with "Baseball" in the memo line) to the team coordinator.
  3. Email your team coordinator and Yvette Roberts with your logo (vector file preferred), business name, phone number, and website/tagline as they should appear on the banner.
  4. Payment options: Check, Visa, or Mastercard
  5. Once payment is processed your banner will be professionally printed and hung at your chosen location.
